We seek an experienced Director of Operations to oversee daily business activities, develop long-term operational strategies, and ensure alignment with organizational goals. This role will collaborate closely with leadership, guide staff across departments, and shape operational efficiencies for sustained success.

We currently work remotely but will require travel to team meetings that may occur as frequently as quarterly. Unfortunately, we are not able to provide H1B sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Day-to-Day Operations: Manage the daily activities of the EmsanaCare services, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with organizational objectives.
• Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with senior leadership to establish objectives, evaluate current processes, and plan initiatives that drive efficiency and growth.
• Team Leadership: Supervise and support departmental staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work culture.
• Process Evaluation: Continuously evaluate and improve the efficiency of business procedures to enhance productivity and effectiveness.
• Procurement Management: Oversee procurement processes, ensuring cost-effective and high-quality outcomes.
• Long-Term Strategy: Shape and implement long-term operational strategies that align with business objectives and promote growth.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership experience, preferably in a healthcare or operations-focused role.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with a track record of effectively leading diverse teams.
• Experience in developing and implementing strategic plans and process improvements.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, and dynamic environment.

Highly Preferred Experience/Skills

• Experience in healthcare operations, care navigation, or health plan management.
• Proven ability to design and execute strategic plans to improve efficiency and organizational performance.
• Familiarity with process improvement methodologies like Lean or Six Sigma.
• Financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization.
• Understanding of healthcare technology, including EMR systems and operational tools.
• Strong cross-functional leadership experience, working with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements such as HIPAA compliance.
